Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a commercially driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Windhoek. The role focuses on turning corporate social responsibility (CSR) investment and supplier development initiatives into measurable, long‑term value for Namibia’s leading organisations while supporting sustainable SME growth.

Key responsibilities

• Research and qualify new business opportunities within the Namibian market.
• Engage C‑suite decision‑makers to understand their CSR and supplier development goals.
• Design and present consultative solutions that align with client objectives.
• Negotiate and close high‑value corporate partnerships.
• Contribute to the growth and sustainability of local small and medium enterprises.

Required profile

• Relevant bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
• At least two years of proven sales or business development experience.
• Confidence operating in the Namibian corporate environment.
• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Valid Code 8 driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
