Commercial Manager - Major Roads Projects

About the role

A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead commercial operations on major roads infrastructure projects in Namibia. The role covers all commercial aspects of large-scale infrastructure projects, including contract administration, financial control, claims management and stakeholder relationships, with the aim of keeping projects profitable and compliant.

Required profile

• B-Tech in Quantity Surveying or an equivalent qualification (minimum)
• Minimum 25 years of experience on major infrastructure projects
• Minimum 5 years in the capacity of Commercial Manager with full project oversight
• Proven track record managing the commercial side of large-scale roads or construction projects
• Ability to work in remote or challenging project environments
