Application Specialist – Laboratory Diagnostics

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and technically strong Application Specialist to join our team and work with the BioMérieux diagnostic portfolio. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in laboratory diagnostics or microbiology who enjoy blending technical support with client relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Provide application support and training on BioMérieux systems.
• Assist with implementation, validation, and troubleshooting of diagnostic equipment.
• Manage and grow key customer accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities within laboratories and the healthcare sector.
• Build strong relationships with laboratory personnel and healthcare professionals.

Required profile

• Degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Experience working in a diagnostic or laboratory environment.
• Strong communication and client‑facing abilities.
• Self‑driven, organized, and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
