Clinical Psychologist

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Clinical Psychologist to join our on‑site team in Windhoek. You will deliver individual and group therapy, conduct psychological assessments, and create evidence‑based treatment plans across clinical, corporate, and sports settings.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy to diverse client populations.
• Administer, score, and interpret standardized psychological assessments.
• Develop and document evidence‑based treatment plans and case formulations.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to optimise client outcomes.
• Deliver psycho‑education and contribute to program development.
• Participate in clinical meetings and wellbeing initiatives aligned with mindful, holistic values.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or higher in Clinical Psychology (or equivalent) with professional registration or eligibility.
• Strong foundation in evidence‑based mental health approaches.
• Experience or interest in corporate or sports psychology.
• Commitment to ethical, culturally sensitive practice and self‑care.
• Willingness to train in advanced trauma therapies.

Required skills

• Proficiency in psychological testing, including administration, scoring, and interpretation of standardized assessments.
