Part‑Time Psychotherapist / Psychologist (Contract)

About the role

Spring Health is looking for qualified, internationally licensed psychotherapists to join its provider network on a part‑time, contract basis. You will deliver evidence‑based mental health care through a tech‑enabled platform, supporting employees across Namibia.

Key responsibilities

• Provide counseling to clients ranging from short‑term EAP sessions to medically necessary ongoing therapy.
• Treat adults who have completed brief, evidence‑based online screenings identifying symptoms and concerns.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date calendar and complete session documentation promptly in the scheduling system.
• Collaborate with provider support, clinical care navigation, and administrative teams as needed.
• Offer culturally competent, empathetic care that respects diversity of race, ethnicity, and gender.

Required profile

• Licensed to practice counseling (psychologist, psychotherapist, clinical psychologist, social worker, etc.) in Namibia.
• Minimum three years of independent clinical experience.
• Active professional liability insurance at market rates.
• Fluent conversational English and able to conduct clinical interviews in English.
• Access to a reliable computer, stable internet, and a private confidential space for tele‑health sessions.
