Analyst, Relationship (Ongwediva & Windhoek)

About the role

The Relationship Analyst will proactively promote relationship‑based initiatives that create value for both clients and the bank. The role focuses on optimizing client experience, building deep relationships, and driving profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Undertake routine requirements for onboarding new commercial businesses.
• Maintain and grow existing business within the manager’s portfolio.
• Prepare credit applications and coordinate with the Credit Division.
• Provide client support in the manager’s absence.
• Identify cross‑selling and migration opportunities for the manager and Business Banker.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Commerce, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of branch banking experience with exposure to universal banking, BDC/Forex, credit and client service.
