About the role

The SME Banking Relationship Manager will lead the acquisition and servicing of small and medium‑sized enterprise clients in Windhoek. You will deliver tailored banking solutions, build strong client relationships and contribute to the growth of the SME portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new SME clients and provide end‑to‑end banking solutions that match their business needs.
• Maintain and grow an existing portfolio of SME customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities and collaborate with specialist teams to deliver value‑added products.
• Conduct thorough financial and needs analyses to embed clients within Nedbank’s suite of services.
• Ensure compliance with risk, credit and regulatory standards in all client interactions.
• Monitor performance against targets using client management systems and contribution statements.
