About the role

Master Drilling Group is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead its drilling operations in Namibia. You will shape strategic direction, ensure operational excellence, and drive team performance to meet business and project goals.

Key responsibilities

• Recommend process and profitability enhancements through technology adoption.

Required profile

• Diploma or certificate in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Proven operational and project management experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in exploration drilling.
• At least 4 years of hands‑on experience with CS14 and THOR drill rigs.
