About the role
The Manager, Portfolio Management – Infrastructure and Utilities, provides strategic oversight of industry‑specific accounts within the bank’s portfolio. The role ensures that projects are regularly reviewed, operational performance is monitored, and early warning signs are identified to protect loan repayment and project sustainability.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the monitoring, evaluation and reporting of portfolio performance against bank objectives and risk standards.
- Conduct regular reviews of project implementation and operational results for infrastructure and utility clients.
- Identify early warning indicators and coordinate timely corrective actions.
- Collaborate with sector specialists to align portfolio strategies with market developments.
- Prepare analytical reports for senior management and external stakeholders.
Required profile
- Proven experience in portfolio or project management within the infrastructure, utilities or financial services sector.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and risk metrics.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive results in a multi‑disciplinary environment.
