Human Capital Business Partner

About the role

The Human Capital Business Partner will support senior management by developing and implementing tactical HR plans that drive organisational effectiveness. This role also provides advisory services and may lead a small team of HR professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advice on all HR processes and practices, including recruitment, selection and employment.
• Facilitate employee consultative processes, performance management audits and monthly MIS reporting.
• Support growth, retention strategies, manpower planning and the culture transformation journey.
• Execute change‑management, organisational design and development initiatives.
• Ensure implementation and maintenance of HR policies, incentive and recognition plans aligned to company strategy.

Required profile

• Namibian citizenship with a relevant Human Resources degree.
• 4‑5 years of generalist HR experience.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and conflict‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and travel as needed.
