About the role
We are seeking a General Manager to drive business growth by selling services and products that meet client needs, following our standard operating procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Process orders and provide regular feedback to customers and internal teams.
- Manage communication channels with customers via calls, emails and other media.
- Address customer queries promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets and expand the customer base through upselling.
- Conduct daily customer visits and assist with stock takes as required.
- Activate new product and wine ranges.
Required profile
- Culinary or hospitality certificate or diploma.
- Experience in lodge, hotel or restaurant environments (advantageous).
- Previous sales experience, preferably in HoReCa, FMCG or tele‑sales.
- Experience within the Seapride group is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage customer accounts and grow sales territories.
- Eligibility to work in the country of employment.
