Financial Manager – Windhoek – R800‑R960K + Incentive

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to lead the finance function of an established operational business in Namibia. The role is hands‑on, requiring strong accounting expertise and the ability to work closely with operational teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full finance function, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow management and variance analysis.
• Maintain robust financial controls, balance‑sheet reconciliations and general‑ledger integrity.
• Manage working capital, including debtors, creditors and stock.
• Collaborate with operational management on cost, margin and performance analysis.
• Monitor inventory and stock‑related financial controls.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax and audit requirements.
• Lead and develop the finance team.

Required profile

• Namibian citizenship (non‑negotiable).
• Relevant finance or accounting degree.
• Solid accounting and financial‑management experience in an operational environment.
• Experience in warehousing, distribution, logistics, cold‑storage or similar high‑stock operations is advantageous.
• Strong reporting, budgeting, forecasting and variance‑analysis skills.
