Sales Manager – Central Region

About the role

Momentum Metropolitan is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead its Central Region operations in Namibia. Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, you will drive sales performance, enhance client experience, and support a high‑performing sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the regional business plan and align operational processes with marketing initiatives.
• Identify new sales opportunities, assess threats, and increase market penetration.
• Recruit, select, and develop a motivated sales team in line with company procedures.
• Optimize product range production through collaboration with Financial Advisors.
• Develop and execute branch sales plans and budgets.
• Conduct joint field work with Financial Advisors and pursue new business development.
• Handle ad‑hoc tasks as required.

Required profile

• Grade 12 qualification and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Management or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in sales and distribution, with 3–5 years in people management.
• Knowledge of the Namibian insurance industry and a clean credit record.
• Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.
