Independent Contractor – Sales & Customer Service

About the role

Metropolitan Retail Namibia is seeking independent contractors to sell and market Momentum Metropolitan Namibia insurance policies across the country. The role involves advising existing and prospective policy holders, delivering support, and ensuring high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client enquiries and provide accurate product information.
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and production standards.
• Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints.
• Perform clerical and general office administrative duties in line with sales standards.
• Build and manage strong client relationships and track business plans to achieve performance targets.

Required profile

• Grade 10 or Grade 12 certificate and a valid NAMFISA registration/licence number (mandatory).
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing is a strong advantage.
• Sales experience, especially in financial services, is preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Valid driver’s licence, reliable transport, clean credit record and no criminal record.
• Professional appearance and willingness to work on a commission basis.
