About the role

The Financial Manager will lead the full financial management of an assigned business unit within a manufacturing environment. This role ensures accurate reporting, effective planning, and strict compliance with statutory and tax regulations while aligning financial performance with operational and strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial control for the business unit.
• Ensure statutory, tax and regulatory compliance and maintain strong internal controls.
• Provide detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision‑making.
• Lead and develop finance staff, fostering a culture of accuracy and accountability.
• Align financial performance with operational objectives and corporate strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial management, reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Background in a manufacturing setting with knowledge of statutory and tax compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead finance teams and drive financial performance.
