Enterprise IT Product Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise IT Product Manager to lead technical pre‑sales, solution architecture and product positioning for Huawei’s enterprise portfolio in Namibia. Based in Windhoek, you will work closely with account managers and local channel partners to engage client technical teams, deliver demonstrations and secure major enterprise contracts across banking, corporate and public sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical pre‑sales process for enterprise storage, server and datacenter product lines across Namibia.
• Analyse client IT environments and translate business requirements into detailed technical designs and Bill of Quantities.
• Lead technical discussions, architectural presentations and solution defenses with client CTOs, IT managers and evaluation committees.
• Prepare comprehensive technical responses for RFIs, RFPs and public tenders.
• Drive proof‑of‑concept testing and benchmark trials on client sites to demonstrate performance against competing brands.
• Conduct technical training and enablement sessions for pre‑sales engineers within the local channel partner network.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronic Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of hands‑on experience in IT product management, technical pre‑sales engineering or solution architecture within the Namibian ICT market.
• Proven track record of authoring winning technical tender submissions and building accurate BoQs.
