Application Specialist & Key Account Manager – BioMérieux Products

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Application Specialist and Key Account Manager to support the BioMérieux diagnostic portfolio. The role combines technical assistance with client relationship management, helping laboratories implement and optimise cutting‑edge diagnostic solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide application support, training and troubleshooting for BioMérieux systems.
• Assist customers with implementation, validation and ongoing technical issues.
• Manage and grow key customer accounts within the laboratory and healthcare sectors.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with laboratory personnel and healthcare professionals.

Required profile

• Degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology or a related field.
• Experience working in a diagnostic or laboratory environment.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing abilities.
• Self‑driven, organised and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with BioMérieux diagnostic platforms.
