About the role

Company Wellness Solutions is expanding its network of mental health experts across Namibia. The affiliation role enables qualified counsellors, social workers, psychologists and mental health practitioners to partner with the company in delivering employee wellness programmes for corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide counselling services and crisis interventions for employees of client organisations.
• Support the design and delivery of wellness days and case‑management activities.
• Contribute to employee assistance programmes and overall corporate wellness strategies.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling or a related field.
• Professional registration where applicable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Experience in workplace wellness or Employee Assistance Programmes is advantageous.
