About the role
The Multi‑Skilled Consultant will work in the Independence Branch, delivering a seamless client experience by handling teller transactions, answering enquiries and supporting the branch’s sales objectives. The role combines cash handling, account servicing and cross‑selling support while ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
Key responsibilities
- Process withdrawals, deposits, transfers and inter‑bank transactions.
- Manage cash flow, perform daily cash checks and balance branch stock such as cards.
- Prepare and verify transactional documents for inter‑bank transfers.
- Respond to client account enquiries, open/close accounts, issue statements and bank cards.
- Identify sales leads and refer cross‑sell opportunities to the appropriate department.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with governance, risk and control policies.
Required profile
- Customer‑service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to retain and expand the client base.
- Strong administrative, interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Accurate, detail‑oriented and knowledgeable about bank products.
