TRS Field Service Supervisor

About the role

The TRS Field Service Supervisor will lead casing and tubing operations on site, ensuring safe and efficient execution of a range of tubular sizes and associated equipment. This position reports to the regional operations team and works closely with on‑shore and workshop support.

Key responsibilities

• Report unsafe or non‑compliant plant, equipment, or work systems promptly and follow QHSE procedures.
• Implement quality, health, safety and environmental policies during all operational activities and suggest improvements.
• Identify and mitigate unsafe practices to protect personnel, equipment, property and the environment.
• Complete and submit required reports such as STAR Cards, incident and equipment fault reports on time.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of equipment, technologies and operational requirements.
• Ensure accurate completion of operational documentation and timely submission to the Operations Office.
• Represent Expro professionally during client interactions and meetings when required.
• Provide support to on‑shore and workshop operations as needed.

Required profile

• Technical Certificate or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline.
• Proven supervisory experience in oil & gas pipe‑deck and drill‑floor operations.
• Strong coordination, organisational and administrative capabilities.
• Effective report writing and documentation skills.
