About the role
Join Nors' After Sales team in Windhoek as a Mechanic I, delivering high‑quality repair and maintenance services for a range of vehicles. You will work closely with the Workshop Manager and Foreman to ensure all work meets OEM standards.
Key responsibilities
- Perform fault‑finding, troubleshooting, repairs and scheduled maintenance as instructed.
- Analyse service repairs and determine the correct repair approach.
- Carry out mechanical overhauls, major repairs and road tests to verify vehicle performance.
- Provide breakdown assistance and roadside support across Namibia.
Required profile
- Grade 12 High School Certificate.
- Level 3 qualification in Diesel Mechanic or Auto Electrical.
- Minimum 5 years of hands‑on technical experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Required skills
- Diesel mechanic expertise.
- Auto electrical knowledge.
- Mechanical and electronic diagnosis.
