Store Manager – Retail Leadership

About the role

Burnt Studios is opening its first store in Namibia at The Grove Mall, Windhoek, and seeks a founding Store Manager to lead the launch. You will be responsible for driving commercial success, building a high‑performing team, and delivering a global‑standard retail experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive store performance through strong sales leadership, operational excellence, and exceptional customer experiences.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team while fostering a positive store culture.
• Oversee daily operations including stock flow, financial administration, store standards, and reporting.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement strategies to boost overall store performance.
• Ensure the Burnt Studios brand, values, and customer experience standards are consistently upheld.
