Mass Market Representative – Namibia

About the role

A leading consumer healthcare company is looking for a results‑driven Mass Market Representative to boost product visibility and availability across mass‑market channels in Namibia. The role involves field execution, collaboration with distributors, and reporting on market activity.

Key responsibilities

• Visit channel‑specific outlets regularly to ensure product availability in collaboration with distributor teams.
• Deploy company Point‑of‑Sale Materials (POSM) across assigned outlets.
• Oversee and support the execution of company activations within the designated channel.
• Submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on sales, stock levels, and market activities.
• Gather and report market insights and competitor activities to inform strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum diploma in Sales, Marketing or related field; degree is an advantage.
• At least 3 years’ experience in the mass‑market and FMCG environment.
• Previous experience working in retail pharmacy is essential.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Resident of Namibia and legally able to work there.
