Salaried Financial Advisors (Evergreen)

About the role

Old Mutual is seeking motivated Financial Advisors to join its Evergreen team in Windhoek. You will deliver high‑quality service to customers, identify new business opportunities and support client retention.

Key responsibilities

• Provide quality service, process cases, resolve complex queries and investigate customer problems.
• Analyze problems to propose technical or professional solutions.
• Enter follow‑up actions and customer data into the CRM system to support retention and business development.
• Develop and implement relationship‑management plans for prospective accounts and build networks within the business sector.
• Monitor sales and market data for the region and gather market intelligence at sector events.

Required profile

• Namibian citizenship with Grade 12 (23 points) and commercial or business‑related subjects.
• Minimum 3 years experience as an insurance intermediary or in financial services.
• Clear criminal and credit check, valid driver’s licence.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a professional image.
• Strong planning, organising and time‑management abilities.

• Computer literacy – MS Office Suite.
• Proactive sales mindset and outstanding networking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
