Service Centre Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Service Centre Administrator to join Pepkor Lifestyle’s HiFi Corp brand. In this role you will be the front‑line contact for customers, supporting sales and ensuring the service centre runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and address enquiries promptly.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and promote product offerings.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge to advise customers effectively.
• Handle merchandising and store presentation tasks.
• Support safety and security procedures within the centre.
• Collaborate with team members and manage own workload efficiently.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
• 1–2 years of proven experience in a retail environment.
