Sales Representative – Laboratory & Medical Equipment

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, self‑motivated Sales Representative to expand our presence across Namibia, focusing on laboratory and medical equipment, consumables and related healthcare solutions. The role involves building relationships, identifying opportunities and delivering results in the healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within healthcare, laboratory, and medical sectors.
• Promote and sell laboratory equipment, medical equipment, consumables, and related solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, laboratories, clinics, radiology practices, healthcare professionals, and procurement teams.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and customer visits.
• Generate quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline reporting.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in medical, laboratory, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or technical equipment sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple territories.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel extensively.
• Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
• Existing industry contacts within healthcare and laboratory sectors are an advantage.
• Self‑driven, highly motivated, target‑oriented and commercially minded.
• Passionate about healthcare technology and customer service.
• Comfortable working independently and developing new markets.
