Retail Software Trainer

About the role

ArchSoftware is looking for a Retail Software Trainer to join its branch in Windhoek. The trainer helps retailers understand and use the functionality of the Spinnaker system so they can better manage their business. The role suits someone who thrives in a high-pressure environment and enjoys seeing users successfully apply what they have learned.

Key responsibilities

• Train customers on the hardware and software, helping them understand and use the system's functionality.
• Break down complex concepts into small, easy-to-understand parts so learners are well informed about their new system.
• Travel to clients' sites to deliver training.

Required profile

• CCT or equivalent training/teaching certification (very important).
• At least 2 years' experience in a similar position.
• Valid driver's licence and own vehicle, as travel to client sites is required.
• Clear criminal record.
• Experience in the FMCG sector, especially in a training environment, is an advantage.

The position runs from 8 to 5, but overtime is required from time to time, especially on new installations.
