Senior Learning Facilitator

About the role

Old Mutual is seeking a Senior Learning Facilitator to support the professional development of its financial advisors and broker consultants across Namibia. You will design, deliver and evaluate learning programmes that enhance product knowledge, sales skills and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding, induction and accreditation training for new Financial Advisors and Broker Consultants.
• Deliver product, systems, compliance and sales process training through classroom, virtual and blended formats.
• Design, develop and maintain training materials, facilitator guides and assessments.
• Conduct training needs analyses, assess learner performance and provide coaching.
• Collaborate with product, sales, compliance and operations teams to keep content current.

Required profile

• Namibian citizenship with a valid driver’s licence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Management, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Education or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial services, learning & development or sales enablement.
• Strong knowledge of personal finance products such as life insurance, investments and retirement solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with digital learning platforms.
