Retail Salesperson – Beauty & Wellness

About the role

Segura Emporium is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Salesperson to join its inclusive self‑care store in Windhoek. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them discover ethical beauty, skincare, and wellness products while fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, providing product information and personalized recommendations.
• Handle sales transactions accurately using the point‑of‑sale system.
• Maintain inventory on the floor, restock shelves, and keep displays clean and visually appealing.
• Learn and communicate brand stories, product benefits, and conduct bra fittings when needed.
• Support promotional activities, in‑store events, and gather customer feedback.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to store growth.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to engage respectfully with diverse shoppers.
• Experience in retail, beauty, wellness, or fashion is beneficial.
• Proficiency in English and Afrikaans; additional local languages are a plus.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge across beauty, skincare, wellness, and lingerie.
