QA Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a QA Coordinator to own and continuously improve our ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) at 3C Metal. The role ensures compliance, drives audits, and promotes a culture of quality across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the ISO 9001:2015 QMS, ensuring all processes, records and controls are up‑to‑date.
• Plan, conduct and report on internal, supplier and external audits, and manage corrective actions.
• Oversee supplier qualification, performance monitoring and issue alerts when needed.
• Control documentation, including the quality manual, policies and registers.
• Facilitate training, manage non‑conformance reports, and drive customer satisfaction initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3‑5 years experience managing an ISO 9001 QMS in an industrial setting.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, influence stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
• Internal and supplier audit execution.
• Corrective and preventive action management.
• Root cause analysis techniques.
