Field Operator – Subsea Projects & Services

About the role

The Field Operator supports subsea and surface pressure projects, working under the direction of engineers and supervisors to set up, monitor, and operate equipment in the field.

Key responsibilities

• Follow simplified or highly patterned processes for equipment rig‑up and down.
• Set up, monitor, and operate various pieces of equipment associated with manufacturing facility requirements.
• Operate multiple machines simultaneously and perform quality‑assurance activities according to engineering specifications and ISO requirements.

Required profile

• Technical diploma in a relevant field.
• Solid technical knowledge and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read and interpret routine instructions and perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Good communication skills and a team‑player attitude.
• Competence in MS Office applications.
• Necessary local certifications and medical clearance as required.
