Piping Supervisor – Karibib Project

About the role

Lycopodium Africa is seeking an experienced Piping Supervisor to lead the piping construction team on a major project in Karibib, Namibia. Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will ensure that all piping activities are delivered accurately, safely, and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and allocate resources to maximise the productivity of the piping team.
• Maintain high‑quality standards for all piping work in line with project, client and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor contractor progress against the contract schedule and ensure key milestones are met.
• Prepare daily diaries and weekly progress reports for the Construction Manager.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Piping Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Trade qualification in Boilermaking or Pipefitting is an advantage.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in EPCM or construction environments.
