Applications Analyst

About the role

The Applications Analyst will ensure the effective operation, support and continuous optimisation of the bank’s enterprise applications. Working closely with business users and IT teams, the analyst helps keep critical systems running smoothly and aligned with changing business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the performance of enterprise applications used across the bank.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues reported by users.
• Manage and prioritize user requests for functionality, access or enhancements.
• Coordinate application updates, patches and enhancements with relevant stakeholders.
• Validate that applications consistently meet evolving business requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting enterprise‑level applications in a banking or financial environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities to diagnose system issues.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with users and technical teams.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and updates while maintaining service quality.
