Learning and Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a strategic, people‑focused Learning and Development Manager to lead our remote employee growth initiatives. In this fully remote position you will design, deliver and evaluate training programs that close skill gaps and foster a culture of continuous learning across our global workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with C‑level executives and department heads to identify organizational and individual skill gaps and align L&D initiatives with business objectives.
• Create engaging training curriculum, including e‑learning modules, virtual workshops, and micro‑learning content tailored for a distributed workforce.
• Lead and continuously improve the remote onboarding program to ensure new hires feel welcomed, equipped, and integrated.
• Oversee the Learning Management System, managing digital learning infrastructure and ensuring courses are accessible and tracked.
• Forecast, track, and optimize the annual L&D budget while negotiating contracts with external training vendors.
• Analyze metrics, conduct skills audits, measure ROI, and gather learner feedback to refine offerings.
• Partner with managers and HR to develop leadership training and career‑pathing frameworks that promote internal talent retention.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 2 years in a remote or distributed work environment.
• Proven ability to manage, coach, and evaluate teams in virtual settings.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and virtual presentation skills.
