Learning and Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, people‑focused Learning and Development Manager to lead employee growth in a fully remote environment. You will design, deliver and evaluate training programs that close skill gaps, foster a culture of continuous learning, and enable our global workforce to reach their full potential.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with C‑level leaders and department heads to identify organizational and individual skill gaps and align L&D initiatives with business goals.
• Create engaging training curricula, including e‑learning modules, virtual workshops and micro‑learning content tailored for a distributed workforce.
• Lead and continuously improve the remote onboarding experience for new hires worldwide.
• Oversee the Learning Management System, ensuring courses are accessible, intuitive and properly tracked.
• Manage the annual L&D budget, negotiate with external vendors and digital content providers.
• Analyze metrics, conduct skills audits and measure ROI of training initiatives, using learner feedback to refine offerings.
• Collaborate with managers and HR to develop leadership training and career‑pathing frameworks that support talent retention.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education or a related field.
• 3–5 years of L&D experience, including at least 2 years in a remote or distributed setting.
• Proven ability to manage, coach and evaluate teams virtually.
• Strong written, verbal and virtual presentation skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with modern LMS platforms such as Docebo, Canvas or Absorb.
• Proficiency in e‑learning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate.
• Deep knowledge of adult learning theories, blended learning strategies and instructional design principles.
