Junior Retail Advisor – Retail Store Opening

About the role

Burnt Studios is opening its first store in Namibia at The Grove Mall, Windhoek, and is seeking enthusiastic Junior Retail Advisors to join the founding team. This entry‑level position offers the chance to work in a high‑energy environment, deliver excellent customer service, and grow within a fast‑moving retail brand.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional, and engaging service to customers on the shop floor.
• Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and visual standards at all times.
• Assist with stock replenishment, floor organisation, and merchandising.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the store’s POS system.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and foster a positive atmosphere.
