Investment Analyst – Property Investments

About the role

Capital Growth Asset Management is seeking a full‑time Investment Analyst to join its Windhoek office. The role focuses on evaluating unlisted property investment opportunities, building financial models and supporting the investment team in strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate new property investment opportunities and conduct market research.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models and perform in‑depth financial analysis.
• Prepare investment memoranda, due‑diligence reports and regular portfolio performance updates.
• Review project feasibility against fund guidelines and assist with budgeting.
• Support project lifecycle from acquisition through construction to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Produce bi‑weekly, monthly and quarterly project reports for internal and client stakeholders.
• Liaise with clients, respond to information requests and assist with investor reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Investments, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in real estate, property analysis or investment project work.
• Experience in asset or investment management and financial analysis.
• Studying for CFA designation is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret financial data.
