About the role

The Salaried Financial Advisor will provide quality service to customers, identify new business opportunities and support retention. The role involves handling complex queries, processing cases and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer service, process cases and resolve complex queries.
• Analyze problems to propose technical or professional solutions.
• Receive visitors, assist with information requests and refer complex matters.
• Enter follow‑up actions and data into the CRM system to support retention and business development.
• Set objectives for sales calls, tailor presentations and gather information to assess interest.
• Develop relationship management plans for potential accounts and maintain two‑way communication.
• Monitor sales and market data for a geographic region to identify growth opportunities.
• Represent the organization at sector events, gather market intelligence and enhance brand visibility.

Required profile

• Namibian citizenship with Grade 12 (23 points) and at least 3 years’ experience as an insurance intermediary, or Grade 10 with 5 years’ experience.
• Clear criminal and credit check.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a professional image.
• Good planning, organising and time‑management skills.
• Proactive, passionate about sales with outstanding networking abilities.
• Valid driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Computer literacy – MS Office Suite.
• Experience using a CRM system.
