About the role
The WCE Graduate Training Programme is a 12‑month immersive experience designed to transition recent engineering graduates from theory to practice. Participants will work on live projects across oil & gas, renewable energy, and various engineering disciplines, receiving mentorship and exposure to innovative technologies.
Required profile
- Completed a National Diploma or Degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Renewable Energy, Draughtsperson, or Project Management within the past two years (December 2025 onward)
- Minimum overall pass rate of 65% and an average grade
- Namibian citizenship
- Valid driver’s licence
- Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment
- Passion for innovation, sustainability, and emerging technologies
