Global Graduate Program – Supply Chain

About the role

The Global Graduate Program is a three‑year, three‑rotation journey designed to fast‑track recent engineering graduates into future supply‑chain leaders at Namibia Breweries and the wider Heineken network.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in three six‑month rotations covering core supply‑chain functions at Namibia Breweries and an international Heineken site.
• Lead projects, manage stakeholders and drive change initiatives within the supply‑chain area.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering or a related field (minimum 70% average).
• Namibian citizenship or eligibility to work in Namibia and fluency in English.
• Ambitious, open to new challenges and demonstrates leadership potential.
