Facilities Manager (German Speaking) – Windhoek

About the role

The client seeks a Facilities Manager for their 24‑hour call centre in Windhoek, Namibia. This non‑operational position ensures the building and its services remain safe, secure, compliant and fully functional, supporting continuous business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, ensuring optimal performance.
• Manage health, safety and security standards, including CCTV and access‑control procedures.
• Coordinate cleaning, vendor and contractor activities, and supervise service providers.
• Plan and execute preventative and reactive maintenance programmes.
• Control stock, procure facilities‑related items and validate invoices.
• Maintain facilities administration records and produce regular compliance reports.

Required profile

• 3‑10 years of experience in facilities or building management.
• Proven track record with health, safety and security compliance.
• Experience supervising contractors, suppliers and service providers.
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities efficiently.

• Basic financial administration (invoice validation, cost control).
