Branch Manager – Quick Service Restaurant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead our quick‑service restaurant at the Sanlam Centre Vida in Windhoek. The role is responsible for overall profitability, staff performance and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Run a profitable quick‑service restaurant and exceed sales targets.
• Ensure adequate staffing with competent employees.
• Serve high‑quality products and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Drive operational efficiencies in line with company policies.

Required profile

• Grade 12 qualification with at least 2 years of similar management experience.
• A tertiary qualification is desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing coffee baristas.
