About the role

Burnt Studios is opening its first store in Namibia at The Grove Mall in Windhoek. The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in delivering a high‑standard retail experience, leading the team on the floor and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and deliver excellent customer service.
• Motivate and develop the store team, fostering a positive, high‑performance culture.
• Oversee stock flow, replenishment and daily operational standards.
• Assist in managing day‑to‑day store operations and ensure smooth execution.
• Identify opportunities to improve store performance, processes and team effectiveness.
• Lead by example with professionalism, accountability and attention to detail.
