Trainee Financial Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Trainee Financial Advisor to join Momentum Metropolitan Namibia. The role focuses on selling and marketing our accredited insurance policies, providing advice and support to both existing and prospective policyholders.

Key responsibilities

• Source, develop and grow an individual client base through networking, prospecting and referrals.
• Meet clients in person to deliver tailored insurance advice.
• Manage and strengthen internal and external relationships.
• Provide ongoing advice to existing clients to promote retention.

Required profile

• Matric/Grade 12 qualification.
• A degree in Marketing, Business Management or an equivalent qualification.
• Relevant industry qualifications such as a NAMFISA licence; a COP qualification is an advantage.
• Understanding of the Namibian insurance industry.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Namibian insurance regulations and products.
