Service Advisor – After Sales Team

About the role

The Service Advisor will join Nors' After Sales team in Windhoek, ensuring customers receive the highest level of service for their vehicles. You will act as the main point of contact between customers and the workshop, managing bookings, communications, and follow‑up activities.

Key responsibilities

• Guarantee the best possible service to customers and manage weekly vehicle bookings.
• Open and close job cards promptly, and keep customers informed about vehicle status.
• Communicate any extra repairs required and issue orders for sub‑let work.
• Book invoices into the system, ensure monthly supplier invoices are recorded, and log breakdowns on Action Services.
• Maintain the workshop booking sheet and update breakdown reports weekly.

Required profile

• Grade 12 with a pass in English.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar service advisory role.
• Strong customer‑orientation, analytical problem‑solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously, be dynamic, organized, and commercially focused.
• Willingness to be on 24‑hour standby for breakdown support every second week.
