Specialist I, Sales & Customer Support Operations

About the role

TransUnion is seeking a Specialist I to provide comprehensive sales support and customer service for B2B clients. The role combines administrative duties, Salesforce administration, and office operations to ensure smooth day‑to‑day functioning.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to B2B customer enquiries about credit reports, bureau services and product information, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Process customer applications, account updates and service requests while maintaining accurate records and generating operational reports.
• Assist the sales team with client onboarding, pipeline management in Salesforce, lead handling and coordination of customer training.
• Manage general office administration, supplies, document control, invoice processing and vendor coordination via Coupa.
• Ensure compliance with data protection, credit bureau regulations and support internal audits and quality‑assurance activities.

Required profile

• Diploma or tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience in administrative, sales support or customer support roles.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Experience with Coupa or comparable procurement systems.
