Branch Manager - Gobabis

About the role

The Branch Manager will lead the automotive branch in Gobabis, driving sales growth and profitability while ensuring high levels of customer service. This role involves creating business plans, managing stock, and motivating a sales team to meet targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and visit new businesses to increase market share.
• Develop and maintain consultative sales relationships with key customers.
• Assess sales patterns, target specific customers or products, and maintain a pipeline of opportunities.
• Monitor revenue and profitability trends of top accounts and insurance customers.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels and mix to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Motivate, train and provide resources to the sales team to achieve sustainable revenue and profitability.
• Ensure warehouse controls and procedures with regular stock counts.
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets and supervise team performance.
• Liaise with and regularly visit customers.

Required profile

• Grade 12 education with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in the automotive parts industry is an advantage.
• Determined, persistent, and willing to explore new markets.
• Strong drive for results and passion for sales.
• Leadership qualities with proven ability to manage a team.
• Competitive, self‑starter attitude with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
