Salesperson – Medical Equipment (Windhoek)

About the role

The company is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Salesperson based in Windhoek to engage healthcare facilities and other clients, promoting and selling capital medical equipment, devices, analytical and clinical equipment, as well as related consumables and reagents.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify sales opportunities within the medical sector.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients.
• Prepare quotations and follow up to close sales.
• Manage client relationships and coordinate after‑sales support with technical and service teams.
• Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts and use CRM tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and address customer queries.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes.

Required profile

• Proven sales, negotiation and customer‑relationship management experience in a B2B environment.
• Knowledge of medical equipment, devices and consumables, or a strong willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills, including accurate record keeping.
• Ability to work independently on‑site and travel to client locations across Namibia.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in sales, business, healthcare or a related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within Namibia.
