About the role
Momentum Metropolitan is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead its North region operations in Namibia. Reporting to the Regional Manager for the Central Region, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, expanding market presence, and ensuring an excellent client experience.
Key responsibilities
- Implement the regional business plan and align operational processes with marketing initiatives.
- Identify new sales territories, assess opportunities and threats, and increase market penetration.
- Recruit, develop, and manage a high‑performing sales team in line with company procedures.
- Optimize product range performance through collaboration with Financial Advisors.
- Develop and execute branch sales plans, budgets, and joint field work with Financial Advisors.
- Handle ad‑hoc tasks and continuously seek new business opportunities.
Required profile
- Grade 12 and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Management or a related field.
- 5‑8 years of experience in sales and distribution, with 3‑5 years in people management.
- Knowledge of the Namibian insurance industry and a clean credit record.
- Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.
Required skills
- Computer literacy.
