About the role

We are seeking a Sales Associate to represent the Totalsports brand in Oshakati, delivering an amazing customer experience and driving store sales.

Key responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador for the brand and provide exceptional customer service.
• Identify and deliver the best possible solutions to exceed customer expectations.
• Track sales performance against targets and seek new sales opportunities.
• Sell a diverse product range while staying up‑to‑date with décor and fashion trends.
• Replenish stock to ensure the store is always ready for customers.

Required profile

• Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
• Passionate about people and customer service.
• Target‑driven and focused on delivering results.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• High level of attention to detail.
